一、要注意防腐

1、 Pay attention to anticorrosion

活動(dòng)板房一年四季要接受陽(yáng)光風(fēng)雨，而且自然界中的氧氣還有水分會(huì)對(duì)活動(dòng)板房造成腐蝕，尤其是空氣中的二氧化硫，腐蝕性更嚴(yán)重。因此在設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)板房的時(shí)候要考慮防腐，目前防腐更主要的方法就是使用保護(hù)層，噴上防銹漆。

在設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)板房的時(shí)候還要考慮在節(jié)點(diǎn)附近構(gòu)件的變化，尤其是在一些主要的節(jié)點(diǎn)，不然會(huì)影響到整個(gè)活動(dòng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的研究表明更好的連接方式就是接近鉸接，這樣受力才比較均勻，而且也更加堅(jiān)固。

四、注意安裝彩鋼房周邊環(huán)境

活動(dòng)板房在安裝的時(shí)候要注意安裝的周邊環(huán)境是不是合適，如果有兩層要注意兩層之間需要進(jìn)行埋件焊接，安裝要根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求來(lái)，不能出現(xiàn)漏焊或者假焊的情況。

五、不能夠漏水

如果是高空作業(yè)，那安裝的時(shí)候一定需要戴裝置。做好防腐處理和排水處理，不能出現(xiàn)漏水的情況。
