1、依照相關(guān)法律法規(guī)以及規(guī)章制度的要求，企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都會(huì)備案，完全可確保災(zāi)區(qū)活動(dòng)板房的質(zhì)量。

2、建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的活動(dòng)房必須滿足強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性的要求,確保結(jié)構(gòu),并有防御強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng)、特大暴雨雪和雷擊的能力。同時(shí)應(yīng)符合文明衛(wèi)生、消防、和使用功能等要求。

3、用于工作、生活的活動(dòng)房,原則上只允許搭設(shè)單層,長(zhǎng)度不得超過(guò)30米(8間),每間宿舍住宿人數(shù)不得超過(guò)8人?；顒?dòng)房旁應(yīng)配備符合消防要求的滅火器材。

4、因特殊原因,需搭設(shè)雙層活動(dòng)房,必須符合《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范》GB50009—2001,且長(zhǎng)度不得超過(guò)22米(6間)。同時(shí),根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,須采取預(yù)埋底腳螺栓(型鋼)等聯(lián)結(jié)墻柱,并用鋼管將活動(dòng)房整體固定,對(duì)活動(dòng)房進(jìn)行加固。搭設(shè)雙層活動(dòng)房必須制訂搭設(shè)方案。

4. 方案由使用單位、安裝單位技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字認(rèn)可,并報(bào)所在地建筑監(jiān)督站備案。大江大河(湖)邊、曠野地區(qū)嚴(yán)禁搭設(shè)雙層活動(dòng)房。
