1、安裝彩鋼夾芯板前，應(yīng)檢查彩鋼夾芯板的材質(zhì)、品種、尺寸、性能及彩鋼夾芯板的芯材，并驗(yàn)收彩鋼夾芯板內(nèi)已完成的隱蔽工程，驗(yàn)證是否能滿足施工要求。
1. Before installing the color steel sandwich panel, the material, variety, size, performance, and core material of the color steel sandwich panel should be inspected, and the completed concealed work inside the color steel sandwich panel should be inspected to verify whether it meets the construction requirements.
2、安裝彩鋼夾芯板時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查過(guò)濾器、燈具、溫度感煙元件、揚(yáng)聲器出風(fēng)口及門(mén)窗、管道穿孔板。周圍孔應(yīng)平整、緊密、清潔、無(wú)塵。
2. When installing color steel sandwich panels, high-efficiency filters, lighting fixtures, temperature and smoke sensing components, speaker vents, doors and windows, and pipeline perforated panels should be inspected. The surrounding holes should be flat, tight, clean, and dust-free.
3、板與板縫應(yīng)均勻，板縫間隙誤差應(yīng)不大于0.5mm，板縫涂密封膠均勻密封，密封處應(yīng)平整、平整，略低于表面，墻板安裝應(yīng)垂直，瓦板安裝應(yīng)水平，板面平整，位置正確，墻與地面、墻與頂、頂與頂接縫應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，保證密封，防止開(kāi)裂，墻角應(yīng)圓角。
3. The joints between boards should be uniform, and the gap error between boards should not exceed 0.5mm. The board joints should be evenly sealed with sealant, and the sealing area should be flat and even, slightly lower than the surface. The installation of wall panels should be vertical, the installation of tile panels should be horizontal, the board surface should be flat, and the position should be correct. The structure of the wall to ground, wall to top, and top to top joints should be reasonable to ensure sealing and prevent cracking. The wall corners should be rounded.
4、板材安裝垂直度≤1.5mm，表面平整度≤1.5mm，板材與板材之差，接縫高度≤1.0mm，板材表面應(yīng)平整、光滑、顏色均勻，板材表面保護(hù)膜應(yīng)完好無(wú)損，交貨前應(yīng)將保護(hù)膜撕開(kāi)，安裝后應(yīng)對(duì)板材進(jìn)行保護(hù)，防止碰撞和損壞表面。
4. The perpendicularity of the board installation is ≤ 1.5mm, the surface flatness is ≤ 1.5mm, the difference between the board and the board, and the joint height is ≤ 1.0mm. The board surface should be flat, smooth, and of uniform color. The protective film on the board surface should be intact and undamaged before delivery. After installation, the board should be protected to prevent collision and surface damage.
