1、貨物運輸車輛類型的選擇。一般采用大型專用拖車運輸，應(yīng)根據(jù)彩鋼板的規(guī)格選擇合適的運輸車型。

2、裝彩鋼板時，發(fā)動機(jī)艙面板及附件要按型號預(yù)裝，綁扎牢固，防止金屬面脫落。

3、運輸時，應(yīng)將彩鋼板牢固地固定在車上，并采用木楔等臨時固定措施，避免因車身晃動而松動。擠壓以減少彩鋼板的磨損或擦傷。注意運輸板的高度是否超過拖車長度，并采取相應(yīng)措施防止車輛側(cè)翻。長途運輸或路況較差時，彩鋼板應(yīng)水平放置。

3. During transportation, the color steel plate should be firmly fixed on the vehicle and temporary fixing measures such as wooden wedges should be used to avoid loosening due to vehicle shaking. Squeeze to reduce wear or scratches on the color steel plate. Pay attention to whether the height of the transport board exceeds the length of the trailer, and take corresponding measures to prevent the vehicle from tipping over. During long-distance transportation or poor road conditions, color steel plates should be placed horizontally.

4、彩鋼板作為專用墻板時，墻體支點長度不得大于1.0米，以保證材料不變形、不磨損。如果超過2米的面板，就要挑出相應(yīng)的墻板固定在后面，以免撞到車尾，造成墻板變形過大，損壞彩鋼板。搬運彩鋼板時，兩端同時抬起，以免損傷掩膜或涂層。

4. When using color steel plates as specialized wall panels, the length of the wall support point should not exceed 1.0 meter to ensure that the material does not deform or wear. If the panel exceeds 2 meters, the corresponding wall panel should be removed and fixed at the back to avoid colliding with the rear of the car, causing excessive deformation of the wall panel and damage to the color steel plate. When handling color steel plates, lift both ends simultaneously to avoid damaging the mask or coating.
